By downloading or using the Nownote mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Nownote on Apple-branded iOS devices in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Pricing

Nownote is free to download and use. All features are included at no cost. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paywalls.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nownote is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. You are solely responsible for managing your device backups.
